A royal murdered. An oil empire under siege. A nation on the brink.
Jack Oswald is a Lagos-based political thriller author who writes about espionage, global politics and the human cost of power. His South Oceania Trilogy opens with The Man Who Knew Too Much and continues with The Wrath of The Madam, with the final instalment, Lucifer's Greed, on the way. The Man Who Knew Too Much is also being adapted for the screen as the RED OIL series.
We designed and developed the website, host it, and set it up for search.

Home, Books with a page for each novel in the trilogy, About the Author, Screenplay Adaptations, Reader Wall and the blog, plus Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
The brief
Jack Oswald needed a home for his books that feels as tense as the novels themselves: introduce the trilogy, turn visitors into readers with free copies, build an audience for the last book and the screen adaptation, and show off the press coverage his work has received.
Our approach
We went dark and cinematic: near-black pages, a deep red accent and the Sora typeface, with the author's wordmark set like a film title. The home page opens on a full-screen carousel, one slide per book, each with its cover, a three-line hook and buttons to get a free copy or meet the author. Lucifer's Greed, still to come, gets a waitlist form that also promises updates on the movie adaptations.
Below sit The Mystery of Jack Oswald, the author's introduction, then The Oswald Brief with his latest posts, a carousel of press articles from outlets such as Business Day and Punch, and his YouTube channel, where the RED OIL episodes play. Each book has its own page, and the Screenplay Adaptations and Reader Wall pages round out the site. We host it and set it up for search.
